Fairmount Water Works

Multi-phase adaptive reuse of a National Historic Landmark facility dating 1812 for a restaurant, science and environmental education center and public park access. The project includes the Mound Dam design - a landscape improvement that aims to introduce green, shaded areas with improved access for river programs and public recreation; and the expansion of the Interpretive Center - a dynamic and interactive mixed-use space. I contributed to the conceptual design and graphic representations of the landscaping scheme, while participating in construction documentation of the Interpretive Center.

Northview Estate
Built in 1939 and renovated in 1989, the Northview Estate project is calling for historically sensitive transformation and expansion of the former servants quarters of the east wing into an open and inviting contemporary family and entertainment space. As part of the project team I was responsible for building an overall Revit 3D model of the residence and developing different design alternatives for the east wing renovation and expansion. Furthermore, I participated in preparing construction documentation and created various presentation materials for client review.
